Community Involvement & Awards

In addition to caring for animals and the people who love them, Animal Health Hospital has strong connections to our community and supports numerous non-profit agencies.

We recognize that we’re all part of a much larger community, and we must help take care of each other

Community Involvement

  • Pima Animal Care Center

Animal Care Center is the county’s only shelter with no restrictions on drop offs. They are truly available for anyone! Dr. Bonnie Lilley, their Chief of Veterinary Services, is one of the Nation’s preeminent shelter veterinarians!

  • Stories That Soar! And ShareMoore Children’s Productions

Stories That Soar! is a literacy and performing arts program which merges the talents of professional adult performers and children’s original stories to create innovative and insightful theatre productions for school and community events. SharMoore’s programs appeal to a wide range of children, regardless of race, culture, gender, ability and socio-economic status. We believe everyone has wonderful stories to tell; we are here to help those stories be heard in the most creative ways possible.
