At Animal Health Hospital our staff is our biggest asset.
When you call or come in to our clinic, they’ll be your first point of contact.
Each one is a skilled technician and animal-lover, and they’re widely known for the gentle and compassionate care they provide to our patients. Both the pets, and their humans.

Sarah Mackie, C.V.T.
Sarah has worked at Animal Health Hospital since 2007. She graduated from the Pima Community College Veterinary Technology Program and received her Associates degree in Veterinary Technology in 2008. She is married and has 4 cats, Angus, Biggie Smalls, Gordon, and Fiona, and 2 dogs, Chloe and Daisy Mae, at home.

Nikki Morganflash, C.V.T.
Nikki has worked at Animal Health Hospital since 2007. She Received her Veterinary Assistant Certificate from Pima Medical Institute in 2004 and received her certification in 2009. Nikki also has 3 years of Emergency and Internal Medicine experience. She is married and has 3 dogs: Max, Spud and Olive at home.

Suzanne Rossmeissl, C.V.T.
Suzanne has worked with the doctors and staff at Animal Health Hospital since September 1998 after having graduated from Pima Medical Institute as a veterinary assistant. She became a Certified Veterinary Technician in August 2003. On a personal note, she is the proud mother of two children, Chad, who is finishing up his graduate studies at the U of A, and Bridget, who is just beginning her studies at the U of A. In addition to her two wonderful human children, she is also “mom” to three crazy cats and one adorable ferret.

Chrisi Shelton, C.V.T.
Chrisi has worked for Animal Health Hospital since 2003. She graduated from the Pima Community College Veterinary Technology Program and received her Associates degree in Veterinary Technology in 2004. She has a teenage son, Nathan, one cat, Friday, and one dog, Toby, at home.

Susan Verschoore, C.V.T.
Susan has been a member of the Animal Health Hospital team since 1980, and soon thereafter became a licensed Certified Veterinary Technician (C.V.T.).
In addition to her husband Mike and son Tyler, Susan’s family consists of an Australian Shepherd named Daisy, a cat named Mittens, and a variety of chickens, who for brevity sake shall remain nameless…
